Analytical Chemistry
NMR has played an important role in the analysis of inorganic molecules for a long time. Over 80% of all nuclei have at least one NMR active isotope and many of these compounds are used in materials, catalysts and also as active centers in bio-inorganic molecules. For the study of molecules in inorganic chemistry a variety of NMR tools can be used.
NMR solutions are widely used in academic and industrial chemistry laboratories for the analysis of organic molecules, where 1H, 13C and increasingly “other nucleus” NMR is used for structural identification, reaction monitoring, quantitative analysis and much more.
General Pharma & Chemistry (MS)
Our LC/MS systems support structural and quantitative analysis of analytes from complex samples. Ion trap MS, with its capability to perform multiple fragmentation experiments up to MS(11), is especially good in helping to gather structural information on unknown ingredients of complex mixtures.
