Bruker in Australia
Bruker (Australia) Pty Ltd was established in Sydney in 1983 by Dr Gerhard Wider and Mr Peter Caha and moved to its current modern, well equipped premises at Alexandria in 1990. This facility contains the central service and applications support facilities. In 1998, a Service Centre was established in Melbourne. In 2001, the Mass Spectrometry group was formed into a separate company, Bruker Daltonics Pty Ltd and in 2002, Bruker (Australia) Pty Ltd changed its name to Bruker BioSpin Pty Ltd.
