MALDI Molecular Imaging Services
Easily access the most powerful Mass Spec Imaging Technologies today
One of the most recent and exciting advances in analytical technology has been the utlization of Mass Spectrometry to perform in vivo imaging of small molecules and proteins or peptides.
Using Bruker Daltonics‘ FTMS techology, small molecules (including drugs and metabolites) can be imaged in situ. This technique is capable of measuring a wide range of molecules in a variety of thin tissue slices. Useful for kinetic or endpoint molecular distribution studies, the unique resolving power of the Bruker Daltonics apexUltra FTMS can be utilized to both qualitively and spatially resolve molecules even at the sub-tissue level.
Alternatively, with a Bruker Daltonics Flex Series MALDI TOF/TOF instrument, various peptides or small proteins can be detected and spatially resolved in thin tissue slices.
Ideal for physiology or tissue structural studies or for monitoring of key biomarkers, the Flex series offers the most powerful and complete suite of high performance instruments designed specifically for Imaging applications.
Now, Bruker Daltonics is pleased to be able to offer access to these exciting powerful analytical techniques through our Bruker Analytical Services division. These services are available directly to researchers everywhere interested in exploring these new capabilities.
Please contact for more information about these or any other Bruker Analytical Service.
