Applications & Training
Help and assistance is available on a continuing basis. To complement the on-site operator training provided automatically with every system installation, training courses and workshops are held at regular intervals at our Coventry location as well as at our applications laboratories in Germany and Switzerland. Additional on-site training for existing or new operators can be provided on request.
Meetings, Workshops and Seminars
All customers are invited to attend one of our User Meetings, a mix of Bruker presentations, user contributions and informal discussion periods. This is the ideal interface between our customer circle and our instrument designers and applications scientists.
Workshops and seminars are organised to acquaint existing and potential users of emerging techniques and their applications to scientific and/or industrial problems.
Applications Advice
If you have a question about a particular application, or you are experiencing difficulty in getting a particular experimental method to work make contact with our Applications Department for help and advice. If necessary we can arrange a site visit by an experienced applications scientist or engineer who will assist you in solving your problem.
Training
During instrument installation basic operating and routine housekeeping procedures are demonstrated to the nominated operator(s).
Following installation, the nominated operator(s) will be trained in all relevant aspects of spectrometer operation, including procedures particular to their instrument configuration. Training is carried out according to a defined Training Plan.
If you need further training, say for a new operator, call our Applications Department. Training can be arranged either on-site or at our Coventry location for individuals or for groups. Details of training courses are circulated automatically to relevant users.
Certificates of Training
A certificate is provided in respect of each operator successfully completing the training sessions. Certificates are also provided on completion of other relevant Bruker training sessions/courses.
