UK Service and Support Helpdesk

Depending upon the nature of the problem, the degree of urgency and your available resources you can choose between:
 

  • referring to the troubleshooting guide and solving the the problem yourself
  • calling the Bruker Helpdesk for advice by telephone
  • calling the Bruker Helpdesk to ask for a service visit.

When requesting on-site service you will need to quote your Maintenance Contract number. If your instrument is out of warranty and not covered by a Maintenance Contract please be ready to supply an official order no. For computerised fault tracking purposes you will be asked to provide your instrument ID number.
