Maintenance Options

One of our maintenance options will most probably provide the level of cover and service you require for your particular installation and field of application.
Choose between minimum cost (Standard Contract) and maximum security and peace of mind (Comprehensive Contract). Both include unlimited breakdown cover and whole system annual inspection with a written report compliant with GLP and Health & Safety requirements.

Standard Annual Contract

Unlimited breakdown callout
The Standard Annual Contract takes over when your original warranty is no longer there. Prompt reliable service results in minimum down time and continuing productivity.
Preventive maintenance
The annual checkout and preventive maintenance programme helps to pinpoint potential problems before they occur. You also receive a full written report and certificate of your instrument status to satisfy the requirements of GLP and Health & Safety regulations.
Discounts on spares
A discount of 30% of the list prices of all Bruker manufactured parts required for service or repair.
Comprehensive Contract
The Comprehensive Contract provides all the cover of the Standard Annual Contract plus:
Unlimited replacement parts
All parts required for maintenance under the terms of the contract are included at no extra cost.
Accidental and negligent damage cover
Damage caused by accident or negligence by authorised users is fully covered - an industry first!
Guaranteed callout
Your problem will be attended to within 72 hours of a service request to our office - guaranteed. Site visits are normally next day if required
Factory repair
Factory repair of a major fault or failure is fully covered without extra cost or penalty.
Variable term
Cover available for a period of your choice of from one to five years at a fixed price.

Available as ENHANCED Warranty

A Comprehensive Contract may be taken out during the warranty period to provide additional protection and benefits not included in the standard warranty.

Priority callout
Maintenance Contract holders have the benefit of priority callout.
We can tailor agreements to suit particular circumstances, eg. inspection/certification only, multi-instrument packages, multi-site packages, etc. For more information on any of these or other options please call Bruker Service.
Annual Inspection and Maintenance
An Annual Inspection and Maintenance package designed to be compliant with the principles of GLP is available during which all the main performance specifications of the instrument are checked. Any deficiencies affecting performance or safety are corrected, further required rectification work is notified and a written report of the work carried out and the instrument status is provided. On conclusion a certificate is provided stating that the instrument meets the performance criteria.

The Annual Inspection and Maintenance package is automatically included in all Standard Annual and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract options.
