Overview
Small Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS) can determine the size, shape and flexibility of biological molecules in solution. SAXS can also be combined with data from other techniques, such as X-ray crystallography, NMR and microcalorimetry. Prof. Dr. Peter Laggner describes the instrumentation, experimental techniques and exciting applications.
