In this webinar, Lieza Danan-Leon presents an LC-MS-based workflow performed in native conditions that can unambiguously provide drug load distribution and DAR values of ADCs at different stages in the drug development process. The Bruker maXis II UHR QTOF coupled to a non-denaturing HPLC separation was used to optimize the conjugation process in drug discovery and compare drug substance batches.

MALDI分子成像是一种利用质谱来检测样品中多种化合物分布的技术。该技术具有无需标记,可同时检测多种化合物,速度快、通量高等特点,在临床组织样本的研究中首先迅速发展起来。近几年,该技术又广泛应用于脂类及药物代谢、微生物代谢等多个领域。布鲁克公司一直致力于推动MALDI分子成像技术的发展,从样品前处理的基质喷雾仪到质谱仪、激光器,到数据分析软件,不断推陈出新,在全球MALDI 分子成像领域始终处于领先地位。本次讲座将着重介绍基于MALDI-TOF质谱的分子成像技术,包括技术原理,在临床等多个应用领域的研究进展,以及布鲁克分子成像技术的革新。

人类通过食物获取蛋白质、脂肪等人体所需营养成分, 肉类作为食物的重要组成成员对人类生活有着重要影响。但肉类中含有的的寄生虫、腐败菌也是造成人类感染的重要因素。 因此, 检测肉类中的有害细菌是食品安全的一个重要部分。传统的各种细菌鉴定方法存在不同的缺陷, MALDI-TOF作为新兴的细菌鉴定方法已经广泛应用到临床微生物领域,并体现出快速、准确、高通量及成本低等优点。
布鲁克质谱于2008年推出了MALDI Biotyper,在全球已售出2000多台。 本次讲座将着重介绍MALDI-TOF特别是MALDI Biotyper应用于食用肉中细菌检测的研究进展及具体实例。

在此次网络讲座中, Liang Li教授将讲述目前代谢组学的工作流程和代谢物鉴定的热点问题,包括基于质量精度,同位素峰信息,MS / MS谱库质量和谱库搜索策略的代谢物鉴定。展示人类代谢组数据库(HMDB)MS/MS谱库在代谢物快速鉴定中的独特优势,详细介绍基于MS/MS谱库搜索策略在Bruker UHR-QqTOF的具体应用。讲座的第二部分将展示人类代谢组数据库在揭示相关的生物学问题的大量应用。最后是对特殊谱库的构建和相关技术发展的一些建议,介绍可能因代谢物鉴定发展而得益的一些新的应用领域。
