Discover Bruker's range of mobile and portable analytical solutions for archaeologists, allowing you to bring the lab to the object.

Come Connect, Chat and Explore our Solutions

Join us at the 88th SAA Annual Meeting - Portland, OR

Learn how Bruker can help you discover more about our shared histories through the elemental and chemical analysis of archaeological objects and artifacts.

We will be exhibiting our range of mobile and portable solutions for the analysis of archaeological samples using non-destructive methods. Our instruments allow for the compositional analysis of objects, helping researchers enter the world of our ancestors and to discover more about the history of objects.

We are excited to present our portfolio of non-destructive analysis equipment, which brings the capabilities of a lab to the field. This includes our Handheld XRF range, which brings elemental analysis to the object, allowing researchers to determine the elemental composition of objects on-site. Spatial elemental analysis is also possible using our systems for micro-XRF, which allow for the elemental mapping of objects and the scanning of structures, such as walls, frescoes and mosaics, which cannot be moved from the site of interest. For those interested in the organic composition of artifacts our handheld Raman solutions can be used for the analysis of the organic compounds present on archaeological finds.

We look forward to showing you our portfolio.
