Gas Analysis

MGA Series

Powerful laser-based Gas Analyzers with ppb to ppt precision for monitoring of greenhouse gases and air pollutants.
MGA Gas Analyzers

MGA10-GP, MGA5-GHG, MGA3-GHG

MGA10: High-end, all-in-one analyzer for 10 gases simultaneously.
MGA5: Analyzer focused on specific applications such as greenhouse gas monitoring.
MGA3: Instrument for high-precision monitoring of up to three gases.

MGA10–GP Gas Analyzer

The MGA10-GP is used as a table-top device or can be installed in a 19”. Intuitive and easy control of most functions via touch display on the front panel.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

Reduced measurement complexity as one MGA can replace a rack full of gas analyzers. The need for trained operators is reduced as MGA is almost maintenance-free and has a simple user-interface.

GREENHOUSE GASES AND AIR POLLUTANTS.

MIRO’s MGA10-GP has revolutionized and simplified the monitoring of greenhouse gases and air pollutants by enabling simultaneous online measurements of 10 gases at high measurement rates while offering excellent stability and ppt precision.

MIRO's MGA10-GP analyzers directly measure concentrations of all compounds using mid-infrared laser absorption spectroscopy with Quantum Cascade Lasers as light sources. This allows for highly specific and accurate gas detection along with maximum measurement sensitivity without the need for conversion. Our analyzers are typically free of measurement interferences from other gas species. The intuitive touch display enables fast and easy control. The analyzer is suitable for various applications as Comparison with reference methods - MIRO Analytical (miro-analytical.com) to Mobile monitoring - MIRO Analytical (miro-analytical.com) measurements.

FEATURES:

  • Measures 10 gases simultaneously selectable from:

  • High time resolution (1 Hz and 10 Hz)
  • High precision for ambient air quality and greenhouse gas monitoring at trace gas level
  • Direct conversion-free measurements of all compounds (including NO2)
  • No sample treatment required
  • Mobile and 19” rack-mountable system
  • Suitable for Eddy-Covariance flux monitoring
  • Applicable for field campaigns, if combined with the waterproof and temperature-controlled MIRO field enclosure
  • Applicable for mobile e.g. airborne, vehicle- or ship-based campaigns if combined with the MIRO mobile measuring kit

MGA5–GHG Gas Analyzer

The MGA5-GHG is used as a tabletop device or can be installed in a 19” rack. Intuitive and easy control of most functions via touch display on the front panel.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

The MGA5-GHG offers monitoring of the key greenhouse gases N2O, CO2 and CH4 in a single device with unprecedented precision.
