About the Course
The course is aimed at installations including a "Turn-key XRD Package Cement"
This training is focused on the Quantitative Phase Analysis of Cementitious Systems using Rietveld methods. Besides the introduction of basics and theory, this course goes through the applications along the Cement Production process.
Software exercises are done using DIFFRAC.TOPAS, DIFFRAC.EVA and DIFFRAC.MEASUREMENT Suite.

Training should not precede the installation of the system concerned.
Class sizes are limited, so that each participant receives individual attention and participates in all hands-on activities. Early registration is encouraged as registrations are accepted on a first-come/first-served basis.
Attendance fee
For courses taking place at our Karlsruhe facility, the course price includes course materials, lunch, and refreshments. Travel and accommodation are not included.
For remote courses, the fee includes 1 hour of remote follow-up support (to be used within 1 month after completion of the course).
Cancellation
Registrations cancelled within 10 working days prior to the start of the course are subject to a cancellation fee of 30 %. Registered persons not attending the course without having given prior notice will be fully charged. We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are less than three registrants by the registration deadline.
