Restrictions:

• Open to Bruker AXS customers based in Australia / New Zealand only.
• Both in-person and virtual participation is possible.
  
• All participants are connected to SPECTRA^Plus software via a virtual machine
• Virtual machine connection details will be sent to participants a week beforehand.
  

Additional requirements for virtual participants

• Recommended setup: 1 screen for the software & 1 for Microsoft Teams
  
• Microsoft Quick Assist will be required to help resolve any issues during the course
• PC Adminstrator access to enable firewall settings to allow inbound and outbound traffic to Virtual Machine IP address.
