CryoProbes

CryoPlatform

The CryoPlatform provides the essential cooling infrastructure required for the operation of cryogenic probes.

At the core of this system is the Cryocooling Unit, powered by a coldhead driven by pressurized helium from a helium compressor. Over time, the coldhead declines in cooling performance, which is why we recommend annual replacement that not only maintains optimal performance but also reduces the risk of mechanical failure.

In addition to the coldhead, other components such as the vacuum pump membranes, turbopump, and adsorber also degrade over time. These are proactively replaced during scheduled maintenance to prevent system failures.

Key Benefits of Regular Maintenance

  • Minimizes costly emergency repairs
  • Reduces system downtime
  • Preserves peak performance
  • Extends equipment lifespan
