Bruker invites you to this workshop on advances in indentation techniques and applications for quantitative nanoscale mechanical property characterisation of materials and devices.

The following topics will be covered combining invited talks from leading researchers and Bruker Applications Scientists with hands on practical sessions using Bruker Hysitron´s TI 950 equipped with latest digital controller Performech II.
