The TCI CryoProbe is a proton-optimized triple resonance NMR ‘inverse’ probe, featuring three fully independent channels (plus lock channel) for simultaneous decoupling on multiple nuclei such as 13C and 15N.
Triple Resonance Probes give you access to advanced NMR techniques, letting you pulse up to four nuclei in one experiment. The TCI CryoProbe is optimized for 1H and 13C observation. If you add a deuterium lock switch, you can decouple 2H, as well, permitting decoupling of up to four nuclei in a single pulse sequence. Triple (TCI) Resonance Probes are used extensively for the family of double and triple resonance experiments developed to perform NMR structure determination of biological macromolecules.
