The power of high resolution accurate mass analysis results in a very large and complex data set per analysis. In order to take advantage of this information rich data set, analysts require sophisticated software tools to enable rapid, facile in-depth data mining to be realized.


TASQ 1.1 (Target Analysis for Screening and Quantitation) software is specifically designed to exploit high resolution, accurate-mass data generated by Bruker QTOF mass spectrometers. TASQ provides a turnkey solution for when there is a requirement to screen, confirm and/or quantify hundreds of compounds in a single analysis. The intuitive, simplified user interface is easy to learn and master for users in routine testing laboratories. TASQ 1.1 benefits include, fast, easy method setup with menu driven, quick start wizard to expertly guide users through  qualitative and quantitative workflows.

Powerful and Simple Data Analysis

For screening workflows, TASQ enables the elimination of false positive findings by efficiently exploiting diagnostic ions (pseudo-molecular ions, adducts, isomers, fragment ions) and retention time data to form the basis of confirmation / elimination criteria.

 

After processing accurate mass and retention time data, TASQ applies the user definable diagnostic ion confirmation criteria to the experimental findings to establish the presence or absence of compounds in
the target list.

 

Optional application specific, exact mass compound databases are available from Bruker for cross referencing your experimental observations.

Semi-Quantitation

In addition to the standard multipoint calibration functions, TASQ 1.1 supports two new semi-quantitative calibration workflows

 

1. Legacy calibration

  • No need to recalibrate every time: Users can quantitate current samples against “old” multicomponent calibration curves

2. Single-point calibration

  • For fast semi-quantitative analysis, ideal for rapid and low cost, pass/fail threshold analysis

 

Fast, data reporting with preconfigured reports

TASQ Screening and quantitative data is then available for reporting or alternatively for export to LIMS for further customized processing and subsequent reporting

All qualitative and quantitative data analysis in TASQ software is supported in compound or sample centric views ensuring you spend less time getting the most relevant information possible from every sample.
