PETRO-QUANT is the powerful analytical solution developed specifically for the petrochemical industry. It provides quick and easy quantitative elemental analysis for process and quality control laboratories with the world class wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (WDXRF) S8 TIGER.

PETRO-QUANT produces accurate and precise analytical results straight out of the box as the wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometers (WDXRF) are calibrated for a wide range of applications. It frees the operator from time consuming calibration work, saving weeks of commissioning, to ensure the pay back begins from the very beginning.

OilQuant – Standardless analysis for all required elements

For general analysis of hydrocarbon matrices, such as fuels and lubricants, the universal calibration OilQuant is used. OilQuant enables standardless analysis for all required elements from Sodium (Na) to Lead (Pb) covering concentrations from trace elements (ppm) to major levels (%) (e.g. for S and Cl).

For compliance with international norms such as ASTM, DIN, IP or EN ISO, samples must be analyzed against norm specific calibrations. PETRO-QUANT supports pre-defined norms with detailed instructions. Bruker AXS also provides fully calibrated wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometers (WDXRF) matching the needs of petrochemical laboratories.
