An evaluation license for the current version of pmod is available for one month. Your request will be processed by our Sales team.
In the next step a personal ticket code will be generated for you. With this ticket code you can activate the evaluation license on a compatible computer of your choice and use the software.

- Limited support for VM is available, requiring additional licence hardware
- pmod for Academia: 64-bit OS, Windows 11, MacOS Tahoe/Sequoia (Java required on MacOS for installation), Ubuntu/CentOS/Alma Linux
- pmod for Industry: 64-bit OS, Windows 11, MacOS Tahoe/Sequoia (Java required on MacOS for installation)
- 32 GB RAM
- Dedicated graphics card (e.g. NVIDIA Quadro, 4GB VRAM. GeForce gaming cards not recommended) for 3D rendering functionality
- Support for Intel and Apple Silicon processors from pmod v4.4
- Server-client infrastructure is recommended for use of pmod SDMS
- Installation of Wibu CodeMeter Runtime is required on server and all clients
- IT support is recommended for license sharing via LAN

- Our team provides email-based support for application of our software tools in your research projects. We will guide you to the key sections of our extensive documentation and to our tutorial videos. Troubleshooting may require us to ask for examples of your data.
- Further support, such as video-call-based support, is available via our Remote training packages.

- pmod version 4.4 will be supported for five years following release of pmod version 4.5
- Versions superseded by more than 5 years are not available for download or eligible for support
- Versions below v4.1 are no longer available/supported
- Our subscribers benefit from continuous support (access to the latest version upon release)
