Bruker at ESSB 2026 - Advancing Holistic Spatial Biology

Join the Bruker Seminar on Monday, September 28, and visit us at Booth 3B to discover how integrated spatial technologies are transforming our understanding of complex biology.

3rd Conference of the European Society for Spatial Biology

Meet Bruker at ESSB 2026, Hotel Meliá Sitges, Barcelona, September 28 - October 1, and explore how complementary spatial technologies are providing a more complete picture of biology, from gene expression and molecular composition to tissue structure and function.

Visit our team at Booth 3B throughout the conference to learn how integrated spatial workflows are helping researchers uncover new discoveries across neuroscience, oncology, immunology, and translational research.

Please note that registration for the Bruker Seminar is only open to registered ESSB 2026 attendees. Please register for the conference through the ESSB website and use the Bruker Seminar registration link below to reserve your place at Bruker Seminar.

From the Pathways You Map to the Molecules They Make

Holistic Spatial Biology of the Alzheimer's Brain: Bringing Mass Spectrometry and Infrared Imaging to Spatial Transcriptomics

Join us for this seminar and discover how combining complementary spatial technologies can deepen biological understanding.

Spatial transcriptomics has transformed how we read tissue, mapping the cells present and the gene programs they run, in place. This session is about how much further that map can go when mass spectrometry and infrared imaging join it on that same biology.

Three groups take the audience through one connected story on a shared human Alzheimer's hippocampal case, spatial transcriptomics first, then MALDI Mass Spectrometry Imaging, then QCL infrared imaging, moving from the single cell to the whole tissue so gene programs and their molecular products line up across the same biology.
