InsightMR

Designed to monitor reactions, enhance reaction understanding, gain confidence when transferring processes from lab to plant.

New NMR Methods for Reaction Monitoring

Designed for the analysis of chemical and bioprocesses by NMR, InsightMR portfolio is ideal for both industrial and academic scientists studying, optimizing and controlling reactions. InsightMR’s two components, a flow unit and dedicated software, enable online monitoring of (bio)chemical reactions in real-time under real process conditions.

Gathering insights into the mechanism and kinetics of chemical reactions is now at your fingertips!

  • Provides answers to key chemical questions: reaction yield, mechanistic insights and reaction kinetics
  • Harness NMR data to make strategic process chemistry decisions, ultimately leading to cost savings.

InsightMR 2.0 Software

InsightMR software is a platform designed for the analysis of chemical processes by on-line NMR. Integrated acquisition control and data processing features enable on-the-fly acquisition parameter adjustment based on real-time kinetic data.

  • Straightforward data acquisition with on-the –fly visualisation of build-up curves. Default experiments provided for both deuterated and non-deuterated solvents
  • Rapid and effortless handling of hundreds of stacked spectra
  • Supports acquisition, processing and analysis of series of 1Ds (different nuclei), interleaved experiments and multi samples in parallel
  • Automatic seamless transfer of spectra to Mnova reaction monitoring Workstation (e.g. phase, baseline and GSD)
  • Access to database, prediction, assignment and chemometrics tools
  • Results are delivered as kinetic, and waterfall plots ready to report and/or export.

‘QbD & PAT for Dummies’ offers a simple and easy to follow guide on what Quality by Design (QbD) and PAT are, the regulatory framework supporting these approaches, as well as how leveraging these concepts can positively transform production processes and quality testing.

Benefits

  • On-the-fly quantitative build-up curves without the need of tedious calibration steps
  • Structural information for reagents, (bi)products and intermediates
  • Reduced risk with direct knowledge transfer from high-field NMR (understanding) to low-field benchtop (control)
  • Increased selectivity, resolution and sensitivity compared to vibrational spectroscopy
  • Used also to calibrate other techniques
  • Straightforward installation and operation with minimal learning curve
  • Affordable and with minimal cost of ownership
  • Bringing NMR to the (bio)reactor
