This study demonstrates that DART-MS/MS has the potential to provide an chromatography-free approach for rapidly quantifying Mycophenolic Acid (MPA) in serum. A maximized throughput can be achieved with an analysis time of 26 sec/sample or 96 samples in less than 42 min.

Quantitation of neuroleptics in human serum/plasma by
LC-MS/MS for clinical research

Implementation of an analytical method for the simultaneous quantitation of neuroleptics in human serum/plasma on a Bruker EVOQ® DART-TQ+ triple quadrupole mass spectrometer for research purposes. Sample preparation involves protein precipitation using a proprietary reagent including isotopically labelled internal standards. Chromatographic separation was completed within 6 min, with detection performed on the Bruker EVOQ®  DART-TQ+ mass spectrometer in Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) mode.
