ScanAsyst Plus is available as a free upgrade for select NanoScope 6 systems and will come standard with compatible new NanoScope 6 systems.
Do I need to request an upgrade for my new AFM system?
ScanAsyst Plus will come standard with compatible new NanoScope 6 systems and will not require an upgrade. If you are unsure whether your system includes ScanAsyst Plus software, please contact us.
