Webinar

DISCOVER the influence of expression levels on binding kinetics: single-cell Interaction Cytometry on cells with titratable protein expression

On demand

Webinar Overview

In this episode of the Bruker Biosensors DISCOVER MOLECULAR INTERACTIONS webinar series we explore how target expression levels can influence binding kinetics and how to characterize binding of targeted therapeutics directly on living cells using single-cell Interaction Cytometry.

Key Learning Objectives

This webinar is part of the webinar series DISCOVER MOLECULAR INTERACTIONS by Bruker Biosensors.

In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Nichole Cerutti, former Director of Biophysics at RoukenBio. Nichole will showcase the innovative IndEx-2 system which allows the control of protein expression levels on cells. Single-cell Interaction Cytometry (scIC) was used to characterize the binding of targeted therapeutics, demonstrating the effects of different target expression levels on binding kinetics.

You will learn how inducible cell lines can be used to control target density, how cells can be immobilized in a microfluidic channel using polymer traps, and how automated real-time kinetic measurements on cells can help develop targeted therapies in areas like oncology, immunooncology, or autoimmunity.
