From high-resolution structure determination to the characterization of molecular interactions and dynamics, NMR spectroscopy provides atomic-level insights into biomolecular function. The technique is uniquely suited for studying flexible and intrinsically disordered proteins, nucleic acids, and transient conformational states that are often inaccessible by other structural methods. Advanced NMR approaches further enable the investigation of binding mechanisms, conformational exchange, and low-populated excited states across a wide range of timescales.
