NMR of Nucleic Acids

This resource brings together experiments, workflows, tutorials, recommended parameter sets, and example datasets for RNA NMR. The tutorials provide practical guidance throughout all stages of an RNA NMR project, from sample preparation and experiment selection to resonance assignment, structural characterization, and data analysis.

The available resources cover unlabeled, ¹⁵N- and ¹³C/¹⁵N-labeled RNA and include detailed experiment descriptions, downloadable pulse programs and parameter sets, as well as example datasets to support the efficient implementation of RNA NMR methods.

These tutorials were created in collaboration with the group of Prof. Harald Schwalbe, Goethe University Frankfurt.
