Poster Guidelines

We invite researchers and users to submit a poster abstract highlighting their work, applications, or innovations using Bruker Nanoindentation (NI) technologies. Selected submissions will be invited to present a poster during the User Meeting poster sessions.

Please review the instructions below carefully before uploading your abstract.

What to upload
Please upload a single PDF file containing your poster abstract.


Abstract guidelines

Maximum length: 1 page

Recommended word count: 300–500 words

Include the following:

  • Poster title
  • Author(s) and affiliation(s)
  • Email address
  • Brief background and objectives
  • Methods
  • Key results or expected outcomes


File naming convention

Please name your file using the following format:
LastName_FirstName_NIUserMeeting_PosterAbstract.pdf
(Example: Smith_Jane_NIUserMeeting_PosterAbstract.pdf)


Submission deadline

Please upload your abstract by APRIL 26TH.


Review process

  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Bruker NI team within 3 weeks.
  • Submitters will be notified of acceptance status and next steps following the review period.
  • If accepted, additional instructions for final poster preparation and on-site presentation will be provided.

  1. Click Upload below. You will be redirected to Bruker’s secure Brandfolder site to complete your PDF abstract upload.
  2. Select your PDF abstract file.
  3. Confirm the upload is complete before exiting the page.
