During this webinar, I discuss using Inscopix miniscopes to visualize hypothalamic arcuate kisspeptin (KNDy) neurons, the pulse generator cells that control fertility. I take you on a detailed journey to identify the hypothalamic circuitry that generates, coordinates, and synchronizes activity to elicit pulsatile pituitary hormone release, implicated in female infertility disorders.
