Redefining Hiplexed Spatial Multiomics

November 2, 2023
13:00 - 15:00 CET

Introduction

Over the last few years, spatial biology has refined the understanding of coordinated biological processes that govern how systems both thrive and become vulnerable to disease. The latest tools offer advanced images that track the location and types of proteins and RNA across tissue microdomains and cellular phenotypes using a variety of detection techniques but lack the ability to see other post-transcriptional processes defined by metabolites and glycans. MALDI Imaging is a true multiomics technique that allows for spatial determination of metabolites and lipids in tissue, as well as expanding targeted analysis to small molecules, glycans, and proteins. The addition of MALDI-2 and microGRID technology enables imaging for maximum biological information at previously unreachable sensitivity and robust (sub)cellular resolution.

Webinar Overview

This webinar will introduce how Bruker’s new MALDI HiPLEX-IHC Imaging workflow delivers greater speed and field-of-view for multiplexed protein imaging in tissue, while providing thousands of untargeted molecular images that enable deeper tissue subtyping. The combination of protein spatial localization combined with metabolites and glycans offers a new pathway for coordinated biomarker discovery to complement existing spatial techniques.

What to expect?

  • Live presentation from Bruker’s experts to see ease of use of the timsTOF fleX platform, new MALDI HiPLEX-IHC workflows and highlighting user stories, including focus on improved spatial resolution with microGRID, improved sensitivity with MALDI-2, improved separation selectivity with trapped ion mobility and comprehensive software solutions

Who should attend?
