In this episode of the Bruker Biosensors DISCOVER MOLECULAR INTERACTIONS webinar series we present a comprehensive binding characterization of antibodies binding to different Fc Receptors using the multiplexing capacity of the Triceratops SPR #64.
This webinar is part of the webinar series DISCOVER MOLECULAR INTERACTIONS by Bruker Biosensors.
In this episode, Dr. Ruiyuan Zheng from ACROBiosystems and Mareike De Pascali from Bruker Biosensors are presenting a joint project on the profiling of Fc receptor binding capacity of different therapeutic antibodies.
Fc receptor binding directly influences the antibody’s ability to engage the immune system. By interacting with FcRs on immune cells like macrophages or dendritic cells, antibodies can trigger important mechanisms like antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Thus, optimizing FcR binding is a promising strategy to enhance the efficacy of therapeutic antibodies.
In this webinar you will learn how to use Surface Plasmon Resonance to characterize the interactions between different therapeutic antibodies and different Fc receptors. In total, an array of 64 interactions between 8 different Fc receptors and 8 different analytes was measured simultaneously, showcasing the multiplexing capacity of the Triceratops SPR #64. Furthermore, you will learn about ACROBiosystems’ advanced life science tools and solutions for drug discovery ranging from recombinant proteins to cell lines.
