Webinar

Tailored Proteomics for Biomarker Research in Genetic Diseases: From Biofluids to Tissue Biopsies

March 26, 2025
10:00 am CET

Overview

The key in translational research is to address the right question for each specific disease. In this talk, Dr. Chiara Guerrera will present case studies of three rare genetic diseases, highlighting how we selected the most appropriate proteomics analyses to gain deeper insights into each condition. Their analysis cover plasma, urine, and skin biopsies, as well as phosphorylation events in tissue. Dr. Chiara Guerrera will focus on the optimization of each analytical method and share our insights and lessons learned.

Why you should join the webinar:

  • Learn more about the benefit of proteomics approaches for rare genetic disease studies
  • Witness how plasma, urine, skin and phosphoproteomics approches are applied for translational research
  • Get an insight of the full timsTOF proteomics ecosystem benefits for translational research
