Time series of (1:1) DOPC/DPPC supported planar lipid bilayers. Consecutive images, recorded at 0.16 frames-per-second, demonstrate the stability of the taller DPPC gel phase domains and hence the highly sensitive force control of FastScan at high scan speeds.
