We are excited to announce that the 10th AFM BioMed Conference will take place LIVE in Nagoya-Okazaki, Japan, this year. It will, as always, include a dedicated Bruker Workshop and Training Day on 29th August  2022. We will present the latest advances in Atomic Force Microscopy and their use in Life Science applications.

  1. New NanoWizard® V BioAFM - The latest addition to the Bruker BioAFM platform was designed to increase productivity and maximize sample throughput. It combines high spatio-temporal resolution with a large scan area, flexible experiment design, and outstanding integration with advanced optical microscope systems. The automated setup, alignment, and re-adjustment of system parameters opens new possibilities for long-term, self-regulating experiment series. With speeds of up to 400 lines/sec, it is ideal for the real-time study of dynamic biological processes and molecular mechanisms combined with the automated mapping of biomechanical properties. Advanced force control enables the nanomechanical characterization of single molecules, cells, tissues, and highly delicate samples.
  2. NanoRacer® High-Speed AFM performs at scanning speeds of 50 frames/sec and 5000 lines/sec and is the fastest high-speed AFM available today. It not only delivers atomic resolution but also enables the real-time visualization of the time-resolved dynamics associated with cellular processes and the binding mechanisms of individual biomolecules in a fluid environment. With a fully automated setup, state of the art data analysis and small cantilever capabilities, it enables highest scanning speeds, advanced force mapping, lowest force imaging and minimum sample damage.
