Technical Information

You can find the Serial Number

  • on the inside of your main console. Open the door and you will find a sticker on the right side next to the door hinge or
  • on your Order Confirmation document, it equals the general Order number

There are synonymous terms used for the serial number like: Order Number, Customer Order, SN, Serial No., or System Reference Number. Please make sure this number is correct, for us to be able to pass on your request to the respective team of experts.
