New Development in Solid-state NMR

Webinar Overview

Solid State NMR is getting easier and more accessible for everyone, please join us in this webinar to learn which steps we took to provide full automation for solid state NMR experimentation, from integration of many important experiments into ICONNMR including HFX applications. Further, we will give you an overview on our automation hardware, the iProbe Platform sample changer options..

Time: 4:00 PM India Standard Time | 12:30 PM Central European Time

Duration: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Key Learning Points

  • Solid State NMR Automation: Solid State NMR deconstructed.
  • Solid State NMR Automation: Hardware, ATMA and sample changer.

Speakers

Jochem Struppe, PhD

Sr Applications Scientist II, Bruker BioSpin

Jochem Struppe received his Dr. rer. nat. in Physics from University of Stuttgart, Germany in 1996. Following a post-doctoral position at the University of California San Diego, he joined Bruker 1999 as the Applications Engineer in California. September 2000, he joined the applications group in Billerica. Leading the solid-state NMR team in Billerica he enjoys developing new experiments and exploring CPMAS probe hardware limits nondestructively and destructively.

Dr. Sebastian Wegner

Product Manager Solid-State NMR, Bruker Biospin Germany

Dr. Sebastian Wegner studied physics at the University of Münster and did his PhD in physical chemistry using solid-state NMR to characterize amorphous glass systems in melt and at room temperature. At Bruker he is the Product Manager for solid-state NMR.
