Overview

Intention
This course is intended for beginners in the field of MALDI Imaging and will provide a comprehensive introduction to the entire workflow. The course is focused on the mass spectrometric analysis of tissue sections using the Bruker timsTOF fleX hard- and software.

Prerequisite
An essential operator training ESI-timsTOF should be attended prior to this course. Basic understanding of the MALDI Imaging concept would be helpful. A substantial part of the course will be conducted in a level 2 biosafety lab (factory course).
