1H-Detection under Ultra-Fast MAS on Proteins

Solid State NMR for Biological Systems

Overview

Topics:

  • General theory & setup of 1H-detected experiments for protein backbone assignment (theoretical & practical)
  • Rotor filling of small rotor diameter sizes (theoretical & partly practical)

Remarks:

This course is intended for users with ultra-/ fast CP/MAS equipment (< 1.3 mm rotors) on a solid state NMR system (H/C/N triple resonance standard- and/ or wide-bore probes) with profound knowledge of the basic solid state NMR principles.

Please note:

This course is aimed for the setup and basic theory necessary for the above mentioned topics.
