Registration:

You can register for all Bruker BioSpin NMR training courses by using our registration form. We usually accept registrations usually until 4 weeks before the course begins (Please check the schedule for these dates). 

However, to maintain small enough groups for sufficient hands-on access to limited instruments in our lab, we reserve the right to limit the number of participants in each course.

The course could be closed earlier if that limit is reached – please contact us regarding waitlist possibilities if desired.

Payment is due in full upon registration.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancelations received up to 4 weeks prior to a course start date (registration deadline) will be accepted with a 100% refund of the course fee or voucher credits
• Cancelations received up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date will receive 30% refund of the course fee or voucher
• Cancellations with less than 2 weeks prior notice, or no-show will result in 100% forfeiture of course fee or voucher credits

We reserve the right to cancel a course should the number of registrations not exceed a required minimum.  Cancellation notices, along with payment refund will be sent out no later than 4 weeks prior to the course start.  Bruker BioSpin will not be held responsible for costs incurred due to cancellation of the training course.

Pricing:

• The price for Bruker BioSpin courses depends on their duration. The basic charge is US $600.00 per person per day. The table below lists the prices for the individual courses
• Alternatively you can use the tuition vouchers you have obtained with a spectrometer purchase at the rate of one voucher per person per day
• The tuition course fees include all course material, coffee breaks and lunches
• Not covered in this fee are lodging, other meals and additional travel expenses

Lodging & Transportation

Lodging and transportation are the responsibility of each participant. There are several hotels in proximity to Bruker BioSpin in Billerica. Some may offer shuttle services, to be arranged by customer and hotel. In addition to ride share options, there are several companies that offer transportation between Boston Logan Airport and hotels in the area.
