I fell in love with Bruker during my PhD work, where I had the opportunity to use one of the most innovative vacuum FTIR spectrometers (Vertex80V). From that moment, I knew I wanted to join Bruker after completing my PhD. That dream came true in November 2010, and I’ve been living it ever since.
Working at Bruker has been everything I imagined and more. The company’s commitment to innovation and science has continuously inspired me to grow both professionally and personally. Bruker has provided a healthy, motivating environment that has supported my career development and encouraged me to align my skills with the company’s high standards.
What’s even more rewarding is how my role in international sales and sales management has helped me to grow. Learning from experienced colleagues and engaging with a diverse range of customers has broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of people and cultures.
As Sales Manager for the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan, I’ve had—and continue to have—the incredible opportunity to work with people from various cultural backgrounds, lead a fantastic team abroad, collaborate with business partners, and support researchers with Bruker’s cutting-edge solutions. I feel truly fortunate in this role, as it allows me to combine my passion for innovative technology with the joy of connecting with new and inspiring individuals every day.
