Workshop in Simultaneous Preclinical PET/MR
The 6th annual Preclinical Imaging Consortium (formerly Midwest Preclinical Imaging Consortium) will take place on Wednesday, May 10 through Friday, May 12, 2023 at Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI.
We will be onsite at the conference and looking forward to meet the preclinical community again face to face.
We are excited to invite you to attend our Workshop in Simultaneous Preclinical PET/MR hosted in collaboration with Erik Shapiro and Christiane Mallett at MSU’s preclinical imaging facilities.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in live PET/MR imaging practical sessions, learn concepts of PET/MR imaging modalities, and follow along at their own processing station during image processing and analysis exercise.

Live Demonstration of Bruker BioSpec PET/MR Hardware and Workflow
Interactive demonstration of simultaneous PET/MR scanner by MSU expert
Hear from experienced MSU PET/MR imaging core on study design and support
Discussion in PET/MR Concepts
Learn basic concepts of PET
Introduction to unique considerations of PET/MR versus PET/CT
Live exercises in PET/MR Data Analysis
Hands on data analysis at independent workstations to review image presentation and quantitative analysis.
Light lunch and cofee will be served at the end of the workshop
