Optimising your analysis & quantification workflows to beat the backlog – Bruker’s imaging software tools & pmod 4.6

Webinar Overview

Your imaging workflow doesn’t end when you’ve acquired the images. Many imaging scientists end up with a backlog of post-processing, analysis and quantification, blocking your path to publication. Bruker’s Preclinical Imaging software tools and scalable architecture help you bring that backlog under control. We help you move from acquisition and reconstruction to data management and analysis. We support you in following FAIR data principles, and in keeping all of your imaging data and results in organised archives.

pmod 4.6 is the latest version of our well-known analysis and quantification software. Pmod is now easier to learn and use than ever before, and our new license model let’s you scale your software infrastructure to support all users of your lab and the largest projects.

Key Learning Points

  • Explain how DICOM data from your imaging systems can be efficiently organised in structured archives within pmod’s Scientific Data Management System, and how this helps you follow FAIR data principles.
  • We will showcase pmod’s new user interface design that makes pmod more intuitive to learn and use in your daily analysis.
  • We will show you how processed images, segmentation results, statistics, kinetic modelling projects, and more, can also be stored in the SDMS and precisely retrieved.
  • Explain how pmod’s new licensing model let’s you scale your software infrastructure fairly, balancing capacity for general image analysis in our Core Toolkit, with specialised analysis in our Kinetic Modeling and Brain Atlas Workflows Add-Ons.

Who should attend

  • All imaging scientists with an interest in post-processing, analysis and quantification.
  • Users of our Preclinical Imaging systems (MRI, floorstanding and benchtop Nuclear Molecular Imaging, microCT, Optical).
  • Managers of imaging core facilities who want to learn about software infrastructure to support their users and provide a more complete solution.
  • Existing users of our pmod software who are interested in the upcoming version.
