Testimonial Emma

After completing my academic studies, I worked at a couple startups, including Haelixa, an innovative biotech company that enhances global supply chains' sustainability and transparency through DNA-based technologies.

In July 2022, I joined Bruker BioSpin's R&D department as Component Manager for Reference Samples & Reagents. Concurrently, I expanded my economic and business knowledge by completing a part-time MBA at HSG from 2021 to 2023.

In October 2023, I transitioned to the SLS division as Global Product Manager for Consumables. Currently, I am extending my role to include the Spare Parts and Aftermarket Accessories portfolios.

I love that my work at Bruker allows me to think entrepreneurially in an innovative environment while growing my diverse skills and interests—all within a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

  • Books or Movies? Books and Docuseries (and sometimes lighthearted reality shows)
  • Morning Person or Night Owl? Morning Person
  • Name one thing that you cannot live without? Phone calls with my sisters
  • What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working for Bruker? In my free time, I like traveling (especially to Central Asia), spending time in the mountains (I love via ferratas!), and volunteering in the Swiss start-up ecosystem
  • Favorite food? Without hesitation, pizza
  • What is your motivation in life? I'm driven by lifelong learning and the opportunity to apply it in ways that create a meaningful impact in my field and community
  • Superpower you would choose? Teleportation: it would let me see family and explore the world without the environment footprint
