My professional journey began in August 1995, when I started and successfully completed my training as an industrial electronics technician for device technology at Bruker. During my apprenticeship at Bruker, I not only acquired professional skills but also gained valuable life experience. In 1999, I took up a position as a production employee in component assembly and was already promoted to group leader for component production in 2003.
In 2008, I decided to attend further training at the master craftsman school, which I successfully completed in 2012 with a master craftsman's certificate. In addition to other new tasks, this qualification enabled me to train young electronics technicians - a job that I am very passionate about.
Unfortunately, various reasons led to the industrial training program being discontinued. As a result, I was able to move to Bruker BioSpin MRI GmbH in Ettlingen in 2015 and took over responsibility for production control. An important project during this time was the transfer of NMI production from Bruker Valencia to Ettlingen, which gave me valuable international experience. Subsequently
I then spent a year managing NMI production with our Bruker colleagues in Wissembourg, where I made close contacts and friendships.
At the end of 2018, I took over the management of the MRI/EPR console production department with associated system testing. I was promoted to this position thanks to the trust and support of my supervisor at the time and the same trust of my new boss. Together with my excellent team, we mastered the relocation to Ettlingen. I am particularly proud of the fact that we have re-established industrial training and are already looking after our third apprentice.
