A couple of years after completing my studies, I embarked on my professional journey with Bruker as a Junior HRIT Analyst. Armed with a modest experience in recruiting, project management, and HR systems, Bruker provided me with the opportunity to learn a new HR system, which became the cornerstone of my initial role. I focused on HR data management, ensuring its quality and consistency, while offering support to end users. I also launched global year-end cycles, including compensation and performance reviews.
After three years, I took a short break for parental leave. Upon my return, I was fortunate to be promoted to the position of Senior HRIT Analyst. In this role, I leveraged my technical and functional expertise in HR system implementation. Collaborating closely with HR and other internal stakeholders, I ensured that processes and system functionalities aligned with business needs and end-user requirements. My ability to speak three languages significantly enhanced my growth within the company, as it allowed me to connect effectively with many internal customers. My responsibilities also extended to supporting negotiations with Works Councils.
Today, I am thrilled to embrace a new challenge as a Project Manager. In this role, I am responsible for planning, executing and overseeing HR-related projects. My focus is on delivering transformational HR initiatives, including system implementations, process optimizations, and global HR harmonization efforts. This role allows me to collaborate across departments and regions, driving impactful changes that benefit the organization.
