I joined Bruker in October 2024, as a Revenue Recognition Specialist, eager to embrace a new challenge and professional growth.

One of the most exciting parts of this job is to work on the Mergers and Acquisitions team. We help new companies transition key finance areas to Bruker's Global Business Services (GBS). It's a challenging role but it's fulfilling to know that I contribute to the process and to witness these companies align with Bruker's policies and procedures.

These transitions involve constant changes, new processes and limited systems, but that’s what helps me boost my resilience and adaptability.

I've also had great mentorship from my team leader which was crucial for understanding Bruker's policies and making sure I'm ready to handle my responsibilities. The guidance I've received has been truly important to me and it's good to know there is always someone to turn to when I need advice and support.

The welcoming atmosphere of the Porto team and the incredible spirit of the M&A team have made my experience so far even better. The camaraderie and teamwork are truly special.

Overall, my time at Bruker until now has provided support and opportunities that have enhanced my professional capabilities and fostered a sense of belonging. I'm excited to continue contributing to Bruker's success and further my career in such a dynamic and supportive environment.
