I began my career as a special education teacher, but found it wasn’t the right fit for me. In 2021, I made the decision to transition into Human Resources, starting out in the tech industry. By November 2024, I joined Bruker as part of the Corporate HR Operations team.

One of the aspects I truly value about working at Bruker is the number of opportunities for professional growth. The company places a strong emphasis on development, offering numerous chances to attend professional development events and engage in innovative projects that broaden my experience.

I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of Bruker. I’m passionate about the work the HR Operations team does. My favorite aspect of the role is welcoming new hires each week. Every day, I have the privilege of supporting our employees while being part of an outstanding team that values collaboration and teamwork.
