This year marks my 5th year with Bruker, and it has been a deeply fulfilling chapter in my HR journey. Over the past 20+ years, my career has taken me across diverse industries from events and professional services to retail and now the life sciences sector. I began in events management, transitioned into accounts and HR roles, and gradually expanded into regional responsibilities.
Throughout these different roles, what’s remained consistent throughout is my passion for supporting and engaging people, while bringing structure, creativity, and a mindset of continuous improvement to complex operations.
As HR Operations & Projects Manager for APAC, I am energized by the opportunity to create a positive ripple effect through my work - not just by streamlining processes but also by shaping better employee experiences and impactful moments that matter.
Being part of both regional and global HR initiatives allows me to align efforts, spark collaboration, and drive progress across borders. Whether it’s bridging connections between employer and employee, across teams, or among colleagues - I am constantly inspired by the impact we make together.
What motivates me at Bruker is the opportunity to make a real difference for people, driven by a deep passion for creating positive change and contributing to a culture of growth and progress.

- What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working for Bruker? Spend time with my loved ones.
