Bruker is at the forefront of scientific innovation, delivering cutting-edge technology that shapes industries from life sciences to materials research. Suppose you're passionate about supply chain management and want to make a real impact- in that case, Bruker BNANO, BNSM offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global network, optimize logistics, and drive efficiency in a company that fuels scientific discovery. I joined Bruker BNANO BNSM in May 2018 as the Director of Global Supply Chain, and since then, BNANO has made several acquisitions, spurring tremendous growth. That growth introduced new challenges by adding more complexity and relying more on our suppliers than ever. To support existing and new business units, the team has been working tirelessly to streamline our processes and improve our communication with suppliers, which needed to evolve to serve our customers better. Then, layer that with many products highly configured to meet the customer's unique needs within the BNSM portfolio. These two characteristics make BNANO BNSM one of my career's most challenging supply chain management experiences. BNANO BNSM has invested in training, tools, and software to support the team’s continuous improvement journey. The team uses the newest supply chain technologies and learns proven and latest techniques to address the ever-changing market factors.
At Bruker BNANO BNSM, our supply chain professionals do more than just move products. They ensure that groundbreaking innovations reach the hands of researchers, engineers, and medical professionals who are changing the world. You'll collaborate with top talent, embrace new challenges, and help streamline processes that support life-saving advancements. The events of the 2020s were and continue to be disruptive, but Bruker BNANO BNSM has shown remarkable resilience, balancing managing the business and its people well. Despite these challenges, we remain deeply committed to supporting your personal and career aspirations. In 2022, I was promoted to Senior Director of Supply Chain/Procurement, a testament to the company's dedication to employee growth. In my role, I freely offer insight from my experiences to help others and to provide a place to learn and grow professionally through creating an environment that promotes recognition, appreciation, and personal growth as a team. At the same time, I try to balance individual professional and organizational goals. Working in a global supply chain, team members are encouraged to work, learn, and occasionally travel to different locations within Bruker BNANO BNSM and the suppliers that support them. Although I travel more than most, I have a list of restaurants that serve my favorite food, and many are based on recommendations of colleagues at Bruker. Within BNSM, you can find people doing different activities outside of work. At the suggestion of a colleague within BNSM, I started cycling with a core of engineers in Santa Barbara, home to some of the best road biking in the United States.
If you're looking for a career where your expertise in supply chain management makes a difference, BNANO, BNSM is the place to be. Join us and help shape the future of science.
