The TXI iProbe HCN is an inverse, triple‑resonance NMR probe engineered for sensitive proton‑detected experiments while providing simultaneous decoupling on both, 13C and 15N. It merges the proven TXI triple‑resonance design - well established and optimized for studies of biological macromolecules - with the automation features and performance improvements of the iProbe platform.

TXI probes incorporate an inner coil dedicated to 1H detection, while two outer coils are configured for heteronuclear decoupling (typically 13C and 15N), supporting efficient execution of triple‑resonance pulse sequences.

The iProbe platform further enhances performance through improved signal‑to‑noise ratio, rapid and fully automated tuning and matching (ATMA), and optimized workflows tailored for both routine measurements and advanced NMR experiments.
