The TXI iProbe HCN is an inverse triple resonance NMR probe designed for high sensitivity 1H detected experiments with simultaneous 13C and 15N decoupling. It combines the well established TXI triple resonance architecture - optimized for biological macromolecules - with the automation and performance enhancements of the iProbe platform.

TXI probes feature an inner coil optimized for 1H observation and outer coils dedicated to decoupling two heteronuclei, such as 13C and 15N, enabling efficient triple-resonance pulse sequences.

The iProbe family contributes enhanced SNR, fast automatic tuning/matching (ATMA) and streamlined workflows for routine and advanced NMR applications.
