Partnering with our Customers to keep Pharmaceutical and Analytical Labs up and Running

Sanofi Analytics, Paris - France

These are new times, especially in terms of our professional lives. I would like to thank Bruker's after-sales service, and especially Patrice Hurteau, for the continuity of service and adaptation to the customer's agenda. Two NMR magnets were filled this morning, which means a little less pressure for the customer. To testify to this, this attached photo was taken this morning in full compliance with the safety rules imposed on Sanofi sites in France.

During the current COVID-19 restrictions, our flagship Bruker 700MHz Wide-Bore magnet developed a serious issue that could have resulted in permanent damage. The fast response of the service support at Bruker UK, particularly the Helpdesk team arranging emergency Helium deliveries and the exceptional work of the engineers Haydn Smith and Pete Simpson with refilling and re-energising activities, saved us from a very costly outcome.

Needless to say we have now implemented Remote Monitoring for our magnets which will give us the added reassurance that is essential to the success of our ongoing research projects in the nature of solid state materials and their applications in supercapacitors, fuel cells and batteries.
